Safe export
The catalog is generated inside WordPress from registered runtime definitions. It contains labels, types, options, counts, paths, and capability metadata. It excludes stored values, defaults that could expose site policy, credential values, licenses, and member data.
Strict public-claim audit
The companion audit validates the catalog checksum, scans product and documentation source for numeric claims and local links, and fails on stale counts, missing targets, unreadable files, or malformed truth input. Run it against both the plugin repository and public website before publishing.
Claim discipline
Detection is not certification. A plugin appears as certified only after a versioned contract fixture and end-to-end journey pass. Public pages should describe current evidence, known boundaries, and validation-pending work explicitly.
