Purchase and account

You must provide accurate checkout and account information. Customer-account access is sent to the email used at checkout. You are responsible for keeping account links and license keys private.

Subscription and renewal

Annual subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown during checkout unless canceled before renewal. Prices exclude taxes unless checkout states otherwise; Stripe calculates applicable taxes from the billing location and tax information supplied. Stripe manages payment methods, invoices and cancellation through its customer portal. Canceling stops future renewal; access to updates and support continues through the paid period.

Software license and activation

Wesolvers WordPress code is distributed under the GPL-compatible license stated in each product. Your purchase does not remove rights granted by that software license. The commercial subscription grants access to private releases, automatic updates, account services and support for the number of active sites included in your plan.

A one-site plan permits one active production installation at a time. You may deactivate an installation and move the entitlement to another site. Attempts to forge license responses, abuse download authorization or access private services without an active entitlement may result in suspension.

Dependencies and compatibility

Product pages state required WordPress, PHP and third-party plugin versions. You are responsible for maintaining a supported environment and a current backup. We test supported combinations but cannot guarantee compatibility with every theme, extension or custom modification.

Updates and support

Active subscriptions receive available product updates and reasonable product support. Support covers documented product behavior, installation and reproducible defects. It does not include custom development, third-party debugging or administration of your WordPress site unless separately agreed.

Refunds

You may request a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase. Refunds do not apply to renewal charges reported more than 30 days after payment, custom services, or abuse of private downloads. Approved refunds end the related subscription and entitlement.

Service availability

We work to keep licensing, account and update services available, but maintenance and network failures can occur. Products use cached signed entitlements and grace behavior to reduce disruption. We may change or discontinue hosted services with reasonable notice where practical.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wesolvers is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of a product. Our aggregate liability for a software purchase is limited to the amount paid for that product during the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
